Going of the patch

I currently went off the patch and my current weight is 314. I have always been heavy. I have 2 sons. My oldest is 9 and my other is about to be 2. My husband and myself decided we want to try for one more baby. I have regular period and I just went off the patch this month. Does anyone have any history with the patch and if my weight will now affect getting pregnant.
