Dry, tight face & breaking out.

Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser & palmers cocoa butter as my moisturizer. My skin breaks out with almost everything I’ve tried besides these two

I had similar issues with my skin. I gently rinse my face in the shower with warm water then apply organic virgin coconut oil on. My skin has balanced out, it's no longer dry in some places and oily in others and it has quit breaking out.
