Weird pain in arm

I have this weird pain on my left upper arm on the outside. It’s a small area that I can pinpoint. Kind of an achy pain like someone is pressing their finger on a bruise. I’m 26 weeks. Not sure if it could even be preg related. Curious if anyone had experience this.

It’s not my shoulder so I’m not too worried about heart attack symptom
