Honeymoon stories!
Ladies tell me your embarrassing/funny honeymoon stories and I'll share mine!
Me and my husband got married May 7th 2017, our honeymoon was in a cute little suite in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We had 3 nights there--our third night we went to a German restaurant, we ordered our food and everything was delicious. But it wasn't even five minutes into our meal that I look up and my husband is turning red and looking like he's about to throw up. I said "are you choking?" he shook his head no, I was like "did you bite your tongue?" and he nodded yes.... But he continued to kind of dry heave. I was like baby are you choking!? He finally is able to speak and told me that his piece of roast got stuck and he could still feel it. He went to the bathroom to try and throw up. So I'm left there to eat my meal by myself looking all awkward. I texted him asking if he threw up or was able to get it out and he said no. Somewhere in there the owner of the restaurant asked if he was okay and if he could breath, my memory is a little fuzzy cause I want to forget all about this night. Anyway we leave probably ten minutes after we got there so our waitress was like "was the food okay??" I didn't really know what to say. We got in the car to go back to our suite. He can still feel the food stuck in his esophagus. He can't keep anything down not even his own spit. It's been quite a few hours of him trying to puke in the bathroom with me behind him worried to death. We tried to get some sleep but he had to keep a towel on the floor by our bed to spit his spit out. It was almost midnight and I finally convinced him to go to the er. So we did, they didn't do anything besides give him some soda to see if it would do anything, he just threw it back up. That was a totally wasted trip because they were such a small hospital and it was so late we didn't have any other option. Fast forward to the next day we left for Mt. Home ER. Sat in there and they gave him soda again before making sure he needed a scope to get it out. But he did. It didn't take long and they wheeled him out high as kite. He's okay now but every time he eats steak or roast or we eat out in public I'm watching him like an eagle. 😂 Sorry this was so long!
