super stressed/due in 3 days
I've never been more freaked out or stressed in my life and I'm trying to keep calm for my baby. I'm due in 3 days and I'm scared it's gonna affect him. my SO has been screaming at me and I know the baby hears it. I'm so scared for my little one that he'll come out stressed too. how do I calm down?
