Anyone know what this rash is under my boob?

Looks like a yeast infection. Keep that area clean and dry and use gold bond. If gold bond powder doesn't clear it up right away, talk to your doctor.

I get that all the time! It's from sweat and things rubbing under there just lotion up with some goldbond and go bra-less whenever possible

It's from sweat or some chafing, just put baby powder on it, coconut oil or some lotion. Especially before bed and don't wear a bra until it's gone.

I had rash on my under boobs when I was still working front sweating I'm guessing. I used body powder before work and then did anti itch cream of some sort when I got home and cleaned up.

Wash it, use some Gold Bond powder a couple times a day. It will go away soon.
