Getting in Shape
So I really wanna get in shape. It’s not that I’m over weight or unhealthy or anything I just wanna be the best version of myself that I can be. I’m just having a hard time going for it. I’m worried that even if I work super hard it won’t matter because I’ll just gain back the weight. Do y’all think it would be worth it?
