Mono/Di twins

We just found out yesterday that the babies are mono/di, which I kind of already suspected, but now I am terrified even more that something will happen to one of them. How are all of you ladies keeping yourselves sane, especially in the beginning, we will be 8 weeks tomorrow. Oh and the nurse I had yesterday kept giving me information for one baby, sometimes she would correct herself and sometimes not, that was very frustrating!!
