How many weeks?

So, I'm 30 weeks. I am wanting to know how many weeks you have to be before you can have a healthy birth. Like is 35 weeks premature or normal? I guess what is the average time span of weeks women give birth (for ex: week 37-42)

35 weeks the lungs SHOULD be fully developed and would be fine to have baby.

Even newborns are different. Some would be born 36 w and go straight home and few r born 38w and stay a couple of days in hospital.

But 37 as early term and 39 as full term is the general.

I delivered at 37 weeks 6 days and my baby was totally fine (Csection) but I am hoping to carry this baby to 38 or 39 weeks.
