First appointment
Today was my first appointment and everything went well. Got to see my little dinosaur and hear it’s heartbeat @ 122. I’m 6 weeks and 5 days.
I have type 2 diabetes and a hard time keeping numbers where they need to be. Anyone have any advice for lunch foods? I have a huge life style change ahead of me. But I know I can do it for my little baby
