Early ultrasound at 5w5d

I am having an early ultrasound done at 5W5D since we will be on vacation for a couple weeks after that and I’d like to ease my mind. For anyone who has had an early scan around this time what can I expect? I read online it’s possible to see a heartbeat between 5-6 weeks sometimes... thanks in advance!
