I’m 22 weeks pregnant and I have been seriously constipated for a couple weeks. I can only get balls out. Today I was only able to get legit one tiny ball out and it had some mucus on my actual stool. Is it from me being so constipated? This has never happened before.

Milk of magnesia worked awesome for me.
Now I take metamucil fiber pills every morning and night / probiotic activa yogurt shakes !
I definitely dont want to be conspitated close to being in labor !

Try taking colace!! I was extremely constipated my entire pregnancy and it worked wonders for me!

That is normal, drink tons of water and try some chia pudding (lots of recipes online)

Normal. The mucus happens to me. My doctor said it’s from being constipated.
