Ok so I have anxiety, it’s been diagnosed, and my therapist thinks I should go on medication, but my mom says no, she thinks I will get over my anxiety by doing the things that make me anxious and taking sugar out of my diet (which isn’t good because I have low blood sugar). Anyway about 2 weeks ago I fainted in class, and I’ve been totally fine. When it was time to go back to that class I wasn’t nervous/anxious, but the last 2 times I’ve tried going back I’ve been having panic attacks in class. I think I should try medication since it’s now affecting my education, but I want to know what y’all think.

I take CBD oil for my anxiety and it has helped a lot. I use that plus I take a CBD gummy if I start getting a panic attack and it helps me calm down. It’s a natural approach rather than taking a medication
