Herniated discs?

Any pregnant mamas with history of herniated discs in lumbar region?

I am 24 weeks pregnant currently and I have herniated discs in my l4 and l5 along with no fluid in my spine. So far back pain has been normal.

Not herniated, but bulging L4-L5 with a lot of sciatic nerve pressure. No extra pain so far, but getting comfortable to sleep without my leg going numb has been a challenge. CBD lotion + massage on lower back before bed and lots of changing positions throughout the night. I'm at 29 weeks tomorrow. Best of luck!
