First pregnancy is around 25 weeks
Second pregnancy  is as early as 16 weeks evem sooner for some.

Because you've been through it before so you know what it feels like. I also notice more changes throughout my cycle because I was more sensitive in that area after having a baby. I'm on my third baby and started feeling it around 14weeks

I actually felt my first earlier at 15 weeks and second at 16-17 weeks

My understanding is that you’re likely to recognize the feeling of baby movements sooner because you learned what they feel like in the first pregnancy.
