Hormones and mental health

I’ve been feeling pretty good so far being pregnant but whenever I get hormonal my mental health suffers so I’ve just be waiting for it to rear its ugly head. And tonight it has. I’m sat holding my daughter and instead of the usual feeling good, I can feel my anxiety starting. And it really sucks. I wish I could switch it off. If I’m not on my period or pregnant, my mental health is normally really good.

What can I do to help myself during times where I’m hormonal which sets these feelings off?
