Can you not spot and still be pregnant? what are some of the early signs before testing?

I didn’t spot! My face always breaks out the week before I start my period and I noticed it wasn’t breaking out like normal. But my chest and back started breaking out! I was also cramping pretty bad (a week before my period was due) and I don’t normally cramp when I have my period, especially not a week before. Those were my first signs!

Absolutely! In fact, most women don’t experience any bleeding or spotting during pregnancy. Early pregnancy symptoms are basically the same as period symptoms & not everyone always experiences all the symptoms.
