I go tomorrow to get my cervix length checked. I am 16 weeks. I know they will be doing a vaginal u/s to check cervix but what else can I expect? Will I also get to see baby on u/s. Will they check baby since they will be performing an u/s anyway?

I also start my mekana shots tomorrow. I have had to previous preterm births, both at 29 weeks. They want to measure to see if I may also need a cerclage. Not sure if they will decide tomorrow and schedule or just continue to monitor me closely and then decide. Anyone else have a similar situation that can give some insight on what to expect tomorrow? Thank you. Getting nervous.
