Rib painnnnn
My rib pain is unbearable!! I’m 27 weeks along - It’s the middle point of my ribs - feels like someone’s pulling them apart - my bra hurts them, my maternity pants hurt them. Other than laying flat, nothing else helps .. I’ve tried heating pads.. anyone else have suggestions??
