What does losing your mucus plug feel like?

You don’t feel it. Mine came out little by little while I was in labor. Whenever I’d pee little chunks would be present on the toilet paper and then when I went to the hospital the rest came out in a big chunk but I didn’t know until the midwife cleaned it up in the bed and told me it was completely out.

I don’t remember the feeling necessarily. I do remember looking in the toilet & seeing a big, grey, booger-looking thing and thinking, “That MUST be the mucus plug” haha
