How do i lose weight!??

How do i lose weight fast? i was recently on the depo shot and it made me gain somewhere around 30-40 pounds, i’m off of the shot now and just want to slim back down.

Well to start, weight loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise. It’s not just an unsustainable diet either, it’s a sustainable life change. 
Start eating healthier meals (Pinterest has some great healthy recipes!). If you’re not very active now you can start by doing some at home workouts or going for a light jog. 
One thing that comes in handy is learning how to read food labels! Figure out what is good for you, what isn’t good for you, and what is good in moderation. Just make sure your shopping list includes good carbs, protein, and good fats!
