My period is late, Ive been having sore breasts, and ive been having strange memorable vivid dreams recently especially these past 5ish days. I just woke up out of a dream right now that started amazing but spiraled out of control and it felt so real. It ended with me contemplating killing myself cradled in a laying down baby position while crying shutting my eyes tight, whimpering my mouth, and i could really feel so much anxiety in my chest and stomach right now (i have anxiety) all while hearing my father lecturing me but only hearing his stern and angry voice in my head. And my body felt disoriented and i felt like i had no control over myself 😭 my life is good rn too but recently ive been having nightmares/ weird vivid dreams, out of nowhere. I just felt drugged in my dream almost and it was very scary and realistic. My life is going great rn too 😭
