Does anyone’s child prefer to play with older kids than kids their own age? My son tends to and I can see the older kids get annoyed with him (because he’s younger and obviously doesn’t understand social cues yet) which breaks my heart to see. Just wondering if this is normal? He does play/interact with kids his own age too and in a normal way I believe but he would mostly prefer older kids over kids his own age. This is my only child and I don’t really have much experience with kids and how they interact with others.
