I didn’t have a Pap smear during my last pregnancy because I had just had one six months prior. With this pregnancy, I haven’t had one since March 2017, so I’m due. My new OB is insisting on one and I’m fairly nervous about it. I’m most nervous about the cervical screening - having my cervix scraped for cells.

Have any of you ladies had your Pap smear already? Was it just a general check of all facilities or is it a normal Pap smear? I’m going to mention my hesitance of a cervical scraping to the doctor but I don’t really know what to expect. I’m 11w6d.
