Hi Ladies! I wanted to share my weirdest pregnancy symptom. This is my second and I'm experiencing the same weird phenomenon and wondered if anyone else gets it. Last time I posted baby center and no one could relate.

Pre pregnancy, when I need to sneeze, I have warning. I get the few seconds of *oh I'm gonna sneeze* which allows me to react with the vampire sneeze in the elbow. Usually just one sneeze

While pregnant, I have explosive sneezes. They happen two different ways. One if I'm hungry. If I haven't eaten in a few hours, I explosively sneeze with no warning 2-3 times. Once I take the first bite of food, it will happen again, and I usually spray food all over my hand or the walls, to hilarious result because I usually laugh my ass off after (I mean what else can you do but giggle when you're cleaning the walls at work...).

The other time is a little less fun. When I wake up with my yucky tum feeling of morning nausea, the nausea comes in waves that culminate in sneezes. I feel worse and worse and then *sne-snee-sneeze* followed by instant relief. Then the roller coaster starts again. It's such a gross feeling.

Last time I read that there's some connection between both the increase in blood through your sinuses and triggering your vagal nerve which controls several things. I've just been fascinated because it only happens when I'm pregnant and is quite noticeable.

I share an office with 4 guys and last time that was the running joke *sneeze x 3*, hey Jess, you hungry?

Isn't pregnancy weird? I love it though...
