Insomnia

Emory • Momma to Tripp Grubbs born on May 5th at 3:22 pm. He was born at 1 pound 12.4 ounces and 12.79 inches long at 25 weeks.

Anyone else been experiencing insomnia. 11 weeks and for the first time last night I could not go to sleep. Just tossed and turned all night. Any recommendations on something to help? I’m about to be one tired momma at work today!
