I’m 27 weeks pregnant and I’ve been leaking milk for about 4 weeks now, this week though it’s constant and a lot more which is fine because I can use pads but my problem is my nipples are so uncomfortable! It’s like I have a weird tingling in my nipples and breasts to the point of it hurting and my actual nipple is so sore and sensitive anything touching them feels like they’re being cut or burnt 😢 is there anything I can do to soothe this? And this is normal right?
