Open mouth

So I EBF but I’m having trouble with my LO opening her mouth to nurse. She’ll be so hungry and ready to eat and my nipple will be right by her mouth and she will barely open her mouth! I have to like shove my boob in her mouth so she can eat or use a nipple shield. Also because of this she doesn’t always get the best latch. What can I do to get her to open her mouth more? I feel like I’ve tried everything and it’s driving me crazy!
