I saw where you said you are having latch issues! Your boobs might be so engorged and tight around the nipples making it difficult. Look up reverse pressure softening and try that. Hand express some out for a little relief that way too. It makes it easier for baby to latch if they’re not SUPER FULL and drowning them with a forceful letdown. Look at the position options you can feed baby in also. The football/rugby hold was great for me in the beginning. Position is key to getting a good latch! 
Check and make sure he doesn’t have a lip tie or a tongue tie. If he does, he won’t be able to latch properly and if he does latch, it’ll tear your nipples up! My daughter had a severe tight tongue tie and we had to get it clipped ASAP. Now she latches easily. Still slightly painful but we are working on it. 16 days old now. 
If he does have a lip/tongue tie and you can’t get him in to a doctor to get it clipped ASAP, try a nipple shield. We used one for about the first 36 hours until she could get it clipped and heal a bit. Honestly even if he doesn’t have a lip/tongue tie, you can still use a nipple shield.

Latch often! Every time baby gives hunger cues. Has your milk come in yet? How long after birth? 
If you don’t have milk in, look into relactation.
