It’s a milk bleb. Had one with my first and my doctor checked it. She didn’t recommend popping it and baby actually popped it while nursing. I have one again in the same spot this pregnancy so I’m guessing it’s more common for the same spot to clog. I don’t think it’s the same as a clogged duct though since its not painful.

I had one show up a few weeks back. I’m still pregnant though it was a pimple but I guess it’s like a clogged duct. Squeezed it and it wasn’t painful and it went away

The little ducts fill up with semi-solidified colostrum sometimes. As long as there’s no pain, just ignore it.
