Is anyone a nurse for NHS Scotland?
I am looking to speak to someone that works for NHS Scotland?
I believe mat pay is calculated from the unsociable hours worked between weeks 17-25. I am 17 weeks today and payroll have advised my mat average will be calculated from my Feb and March wages but because unsociable hours are paid 1 month behind my unsociable hours will be paid over March and April for the hours I work over Feb and March. Can someone explain this to me please?
