best foundation for dry skin?

i like the revlon colorstay normal/dry foundation, but there isn’t really a shade that matches perfectly. 
i have the too faced born this way foundation and it matches great, just looks bad on my textured skin. help?

I use a really good moisturizer that I made and the W3LL PEOPLE narcissist foundation stick

I use a moisturize and then I use the hydrating primer from Milani and then the Milani conceal + perfect foundation. I have really dry skin and I’ve struggled heavily with finding a shade that’s right for me in foundations as well. For my skin tone Milani has some of the best options as well as being a really decent level of coverage without being cakey or drying on me.

You could use a face oil before putting it on too that’s what I do

L’Oréal has a few good ones. I have terribly dry skin and then look good. 
I also like the Physicians Formula The Healthy Foundation. The finish is amazing and it’s medium coverage but buildable.
