Acne behind ears?

Has anyone experienced this? I have acne like bumps behind both ears. They appeared on both sides the same day. I googled it and of course the worst of the worst popped up.

Dry skin? My son always gets little bumps behind his ears in the winter time if I dont moisturize them enough.

I get small benign cysts right behind my ears every so often. They usually go away on their own. I had to have surgery once to remove them but they keep coming back.
