Okay so I’m 29w exactly I’m considered high risk for type 1 diabetes. I started leaking around 16w4d and this is my first baby. Ever since I started leaking my boobs have SPEWED colostrum like a water fall.

Two nights ago and a few times throughout the day I have been experience really awful cramps in my lower area which I think could be my cervix? But I’ve been playing it off as cramps to use the rest room. They last anywhere from 30’seconds to a minute. But they aren’t consistent.

Well tonight I took off my shirt to get in the shower and I looked down and saw white liquid from my breasts on my sweatshirt? I picked up my breast and white liquid rand down my belly... I know you aren’t supposed to produce milk until after delivery but is this normal? Has anyone else had this? I have no idea if it’s milk or what else it could be. Should I call labor and delivery? My doctor tomorrow or just play it by ear?
