What is going on?

Question

I need some advise! I was 29 days late, then I had light - medium spotting for 2 days.. and still not an actual period... 
I had 4 negative pregnancy tests and had blood tests done, but I can’t get the results as the dr is on holiday.. 
Had anyone experienced anything similar- without the dr on holiday part lol

I am completely healthy, haven’t had children yet in life and I’ve missed a couple periods. It’s very common missing one or even two in a row, 3 or more and your doctor should be involved. 
Typically mine are like clockwork but during months of a lot of stress, travel, working out, etc my period takes a break. Your body decided that last month wasn’t a good time to make a baby more than likely for whatever reason. 
Try to take a hot bath or get a massage before your next one is due to see if you need help relaxing. Wear white pants or your favorite underwear is another great way to encourage a period to start lol 😃 hope it’s back next cycle for you!
