I’m supposed to go to Portland for a conference next week. I just heard about the measles outbreak and how it’s dangerous for people with weakened immune systems like pregnant women. I was vaccinated as a child. Does this mean I’m safe? Or does being pregnant increase my chances of being infected despite the vaccination?

I’m going to call my doctor and ask, but I wanted to see if anyone in here had any info.
