I had that a few days after giving birth to my first.... i thought my liver had come out but my mum assured me it was just leftover placenta. It only came out once

With my first I passed a large clot a few days after giving birth as well. It was almost the size of the palm of my hand. I called my doctor and they asked some questions like how was I feeling (faint, dizzy, etc.) and if I had passed any other clots. That was the first clot I had passed and I felt fine, so they said it probably was just one big clot instead of several smaller ones in my case, but to keep an eye on it. Everything went fine after that and I didn’t have any large clots again.
Also I had hemorrhaged in the hospital. I’m not sure if the huge clot was related to that or not, but the doctor was still not concerned.
