I’ve posted already about keeping our new pregnancy a secret until after our wedding in 11 weeks. Basically, I have endometriosis and we wanted to be able to get pregnant, thinking it could take 6-12 months we started planning. Of course it happened in 2! We are in our thirties btw.

My stepmom has already threatened to pull funding for their share of the wedding if we got pregnant before, but I think it’s a bluff. Either way I don’t need the stress of a bridezilla stepmom.

That said, I work with my dad and he’s noticing how drained I am, that I’m in pain, and that I’ve had a few doctors appointments. I told him my endo is giving me trouble since getting of the pill and he’s been accepting but it’s losing its weight as an excuse. In reality, my docs think scar tissue from laparoscopies is causing my severe cramping as my uterus expands.

I hate keeping this from my dad, who I’m so close with. We are so excited but I don’t want to start another pre-wedding war with my non maternal stepmom.

I’d love some advice and positive vibes to get through this.
