Hey y’all! So recently I’ve decided to take some initiative and cut back on how much I eat so as to lose some weight!! I’m limiting myself to 1300 calories a day. This usually feels like plenty enough food, but I get headaches every day. I’m drinking toms of water so I know it’s not dehydration. Before I did this, I was a big sweet tea drinker, so maybe it’s a caffeine withdrawal? I don’t know but and advice or tips are appreciated because getting headache every day is annoying!
