Help! Got my period but never ovulated?

Is it normal to get a period but never ovulate after depo? Anything I can do to improve this? Had some cramps on and off for a month now.

After I stopped the Depo and started getting my period again I used OPK’s to pinpoint ovulation, I never got a positive until my 7th cycle so yes I do believe it is possible to be getting a period every month and not ovulate. I believe it is called anovulation cycle

I am not sure if they have them in America but I have got a maybe baby ovulating test as the strips tell me I don’t ovulate but the maybe baby has told me I have. One of my friends has said it could be due to in balanced hormones. So u could be ovulating but just don’t no.

I've read everywhere and even my OB told me, it can take awhile for ovulation to occur after quitting depo.

Following! I’ve had a period every month for the last 9 months and still not pregnant. I’m starting to believe I’m not ovulating at all.

I don't know if it was the deposit or what but after being on the depo for 2 years when I got off it we didn't get pregnant until 4 years later which is now we found out January 7 I had it so set in my mind that the depo had caused my body to be able to ovulate and I wasn't going to have kids sometimes it just takes time depo is a harsh birth control and everybody body responds definitely

If you are taking depo then no but if you are off of it then you should get ovulation back every woman is different so I'm not giving a time frame I had my one and only shot in September and never got it again and just got my ovulation back this month
