Breastfeeding- Not gaining enough weight :(

How is everyone doing breastfeeding? We went for our 2 week visit and baby still hasn't reached his birthweight yet. He was 7.4lb at birth and is only at 6.14lb now. Dr. Asked me to exclusively pump until he gains his weight back but when pumping I max out at 2oz sometimes only 1oz. I started taking fenugreek to help production but I'm starting to get disappointed and feeling like a failure :(
