So me and my bf are like animals in bed when we see each other on the weekends.sometimes at night I have couple drinks and go bed or passing out in bed not remembering anything that happen that night next day he would tell me we had sex and I fell asleep and he finished in me or that I fell asleep before him so he plays with me while I am drunk asleep in bed...what would you call that a rape?even if he is my Boyfriend? Help me out

Unless you’ve previously agreed to that sort of thing, then he isn’t technically getting consent. 
A judge would agree with you as it happened once.  However, since it’s happened multiple times now and you knowingly haven’t stopped it, it may not go your way. 
Put it in writing (text is fine) of what you want to him in that kind of situation. Make sure to screenshot it with his response (which doesn’t matter, just makes it so he read and understood it). Print it and keep it in a safe place. 
If he doesn’t respect your wishes. You need to leave.

It is rape. A friend of mines husband was just like that. State of Alabama he was charged with raping his wife simply because she was asleep and he would have sex with her. He was also charged with raping me in 2012. So either way you look at it "boyfriend, husband, best friend" if you are not aware of the situation or if you do not give your consent it is rape regardless
