Is it normal for feel cold while you’re sick?

I think I have a cold and I always feel really cold. Not to mention it’s like real feel -35 degrees outside where I live, but even when I’m in the heat I shiver! I have to be under my blanket to feel better. Also my face feels very warm. Are these signs of a common cold?
