Cooper IUD and bleeding after sex

Hey ladies, i got my iud about a month ago. And every now and then i have a light bleeding and mild discomfort for a day or two. I’ve read a lot of stuff, i just wanted to know other women experiences so i can understand whats happening. The pain is almost nothing and the bleeding is like a pink discharge, relatively small amount.
