So my fiancée and I are wanting custody of his two little boys. But the ex (babymama) obviously doesn’t want that. She has no place to live and is having her mother take care of the boys because she “forbids” my fiancée and I take care of them. While the bio grandma (biomoms mom) takes care of them. Baby mama sleeps in her car. She works part time at some job as a waitress. Does drugs and constantly gets kicked out of every place she’s been. I love these boys with all my heart and want to help them so much.

Every time she brings them over, the smell like marijuana and cigarettes. We instantly give them a bath and a new change of clothes. I just want what’s best for these boys. But I don’t know how hard it would be to get custody over the boys.
