Is there any truth to the rumors?

With my first baby (girl) I was sick from day 1. I puked every morning on the dot all day long. I lost weight and was straight up miserable. Now I'm preggo with #2 and I haven't had the first sign of neasuea, I actually feel like I'm glowing, my belly is really rounded out already (I'm less then 5 weeks) I feel great. Any chance that means boy?! Haha  wishful thinking.
