I’m having a hard time deciding. The current position I have is with a great company. Benefits are decent and the work hours are AMAZING. Working for school district so paid year round even though we don’t work the entire year. No weekends no holidays all breaks off. But because of that and the way they split up the pay, I’m only making a little over 17,000 a year. My last paycheck for the entire month was a little over $750. I have another job offer I’m considering elsewhere that will pay so much more but the hours won’t be the best. We can make it work on what I’m making right now but if we ever want to move somewhere else/save for anything, it would be really hard.
