Is this a positive opk?

I did the top one about 2 1/2 hours ago and the bottom one just now...I thought the top one was ALMOST positive, so I was hoping to catch my surge...but it’s so light now. Any chance that was it? I’m on cd23 and have already had a failed surge on cd12...
