Absolute roller coaster of a week!!

So, by my dates I thought I was 4 weeks last week. My partner and I get a BFP last Wednesday and everything is great! I thought my period was due that day too. GP orders bloods & my hcg comes back at 38 that day and my doctor is immediately telling me I will probably lose it, which stresses me out.. Friday night I start bleeding (spotting pink and brown) and it continues.. Saturday night I'm in emergency and more bloods are done.. my hcg is at 58 and the ER surgeon says my levels are too low and I will miscarry any day and to wait for it to happen naturally. Fast forward to today..  Have spotted on and off since Saturday, but nothing passed.. Early pregnancy management at the hospital sent me for bloods this morning to check my levels are going down, AND THEY HAVE DOUBLED AND ALMOST DOUBLED AGAIN!!! Currently at 190! She thinks I'm a week out and was 3 weeks last week, which puts me at 4 weeks exactly today! Anyone else have a similar number for 4 weeks??
