Ovulation question

Okay so I am very new to this whole ovulation testing thing.. With my son granted I was 22 and it happened super quickly .. I know I should not stress because we have only been trying for about 4 months compared to a lot of ladies on here that's nothing .. Anyway I am assuming this means my LH levels are at the highest point right now so should I be having sex today for my best chances for this month or tomorrow ?? Thank you all for the help in advance and sorry if my question seems silly just hoping for a baby in 2019
